A message from Volusia County Chapter President Chelsea Patrick:

 The Volusia County Chapter will be celebrating 30 years in 2010! It is our goal to enrich our community by offering educational seminars and classes to increase knowledge of the construction industry, help local charities with events and fundraisers and to also empower women that work in construction and related fields. Every year the Volusia County Chapter hosts a career day for children in middle school, a Block Kids event for children of elementary age, a membership social to congratulate women in our area for their dedication to the construction industry and many other fundraisers and seminars to better our community and spread the word of NAWIC.

The Volusia County Chapter meets monthly at the Red Lobster Restaurant located at 2625 W. International Speedway Blvd. Daytona Beach. The meeting is held at 6:00pm and the cost is $5.00 plus the cost of any food that you may order.
