The goal for 2011-2012 is to utilize the Region 3 website as a useful tool for our 12 Chapters in the state of Florida. This will be a constant work in progress as we receive feedback from our members. Below are the highlights of what we have designed to enhance your Chapters success in 2011-2012.  Click here for a slideshow highlighting the new features of our website. 

New features:

  • Directors Newsletters Archive
  • Upcoming Events for the Region
  • Chapters - each chapter basic information provided including charter date, meeting date and time, and important email contacts.
  • Chapters individual pages for Board, Calendar and Newsletters.
  • Regional Committee listing with each committee having a page to get you the latest updates, info on deadlines, etc.
  • Useful forms which include most commonly used forms from the National website. If you don't see the form you need, a link is provided to take you directly to Forms page at National.
  • Also coming soon on Useful Forms will be free template links to utilize for newsletters, flyers, etc.

Guidelines for Chapter Webmasters:
File Names for Uploading
All files being uploaded to website should have chapter number in front of file name (example: 73 Oct Newsletter) before uploading.  This will make it easier for everyone to find their files for their individual chapter pages.

Backup
Webmasters do not need to check backup option when publishing their changes.  A weekly backup will be done by Rose Buchanan every Sunday at 9 pm.
