 I work for two companies owned by the Haag brothers. They are Gulfstream Buliders of SWFL and Douglas Realty & Property MGMT.  I am the Project Coordinator for Gulfstream Builders . My duties include initial walk thru's, meeting and greeting the clients, and coordinating the trades for both new construction and rehabs. I compile all the information needed for the jobs and prepare the work  orders for the trades. In addition to the above I act as a Realtor/Property Manager and manage 150 properties for Douglas Realty.     

I was working for First Home Builders 12 years ago when Pat Beech encouraged me to join NAWIC. During my 12 years as a NAWIC member I have held every Board position except treasurer. I have also served as chair or co-chair for numerous committees. In the year to come I hope to see our chapter grow back to the size it was when I joined 12 years ago.   

This year’s focus for our chapter will be the following:

·         Develop a strong Strategic Plan for the Chapter

·         Increased Membership

·         Membership Participation

·         Mentoring of New Members
